This website is operated by Vamika Builders (“Vamika”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in connection with its project “Vilasa” at Dharampur, near Kasauli, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. By accessing or using this website, or by submitting an enquiry through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

02About this website

This website is an informational and marketing platform about the Vilasa project. It allows you to learn about the development and to request a callback or a site visit. It does not process payments, bookings or any transaction for the purchase or lease of property.

03No offer & indicative content

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. All visuals, renders, plans, dimensions, specifications, amenities, zoning and timelines shown here are artistic impressions and indicative only, and are subject to change, approval and the final decision of the developer.

The project and all representations relating to it are subject to the applicable Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and the rules, approvals and sanctions of the competent authorities. Actual constructed areas, layouts and features may differ from those shown. Any booking, allotment, lease or sale will be governed solely by the terms of the definitive written agreement executed between you and the developer, and not by anything on this website.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this website for your personal, non-commercial information. You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission;

When you submit an enquiry or callback request, you confirm that the information you provide is true and that the contact details are your own. You consent to being contacted by us or our authorised representatives by phone, SMS, email or messaging services in response to your enquiry, including on a number registered with the National Do Not Call / DND registry.
